The Pagan Federation’s mission is to support all Pagans in ensuring they have the same rights as the followers of other beliefs and religions. Our main aim is to promote a positive profile for Pagans and Paganism through the provision of information and support to the media, official bodies and the greater community about Pagan beliefs and practices.

The Community Support Team offers support to Pagans in key areas and is made up of seven teams, each of which supports a different need in the community; disabilities, families, LGBTQIA+, hospitals, youth & education, interfaith and cultural cohesion. The teams all work very closely together to ensure that everyone in the community receives the right support, regardless of their personal circumstances.

These roles support the work of the Community Support Officer in managing these teams and are vital to the support we offer our members and the wider community.

The Community Support Officer currently has the following vacancies:

Deputy Community Support Officer
We’re currently looking for the right person to support our Community Support Officer. Your role is to provide support to the CSO and stand in for them if they are taking leave for any reason.

Community Support Team Social Media Officer
As social media officer, your role is to provide support to the whole Community Support Team while working closely with the Community Support Officer and their deputy. Your line managers will be the Community Support Officer, or their deputy in the case of their absence, and the National Social Media Manager. You will also work closely with the other community support teams and the National Social Media Manager.

Community Support Team Website Officer
As Community Support Team Website Officer, your role is to provide support to the Community Support Team by ensuring the Community Support Team website is up to date while working closely with the Community Support Officer and their deputy. Your line manager is the Community Support Officer or their deputy in the case of their absence. You will also work closely with the national IT Officer.
